    The 911 Speedster is a tribute to the sports car and embodies the original Porsche virtues of purism, lightweight construction, efficiency and driving pleasure like no other. Porsche Design has designed a chronograph that brings the characteristics of the sports car to a watch. This special Timepiece – just like the 911 Speedster – is also available in a Heritage Design Edition. Limited to just 1,948 units – in honor of the year Porsche was founded. Exclusively for owners of the 911 Speedster.

    Each Chronograph 911 Speedster comes with a black and a red leather strap, each in two sizes (M and L). Both straps are made of the same leather used in the interior of the 911 Speedster. The seams are also made with the same thread. Thanks to the quick-change mechanism, the leather straps can be easily replaced without tools and adjusted to the size of your wrist.

    07 LOVING ATTENTION TO DETAIL.

    The case of the Chronograph 911 Speedster is made of titanium and has a black titanium carbide coating. A special gesture: the "70" on the tachymeter is highlighted in color as a tribute to the Porsche anniversary. As was the case 70 years ago in the tachometer of the 356 – the predecessor of the 911 – the numbers and lines on the dial are colored green to ensure optimum readability. At the 9 o'clock position on the dial sits a movement function indicator with the "911 Speedster" logo.

    08 Driven by your own personality.

    The "ignition lock" of the Chronograph 911 Speedster is the winding rotor, which was modeled on the 911 Speedster wheel. The winding motion of the rotor is particularly "robust" due to a sequentially distributed tungsten alloy. The authentic rim look is underpinned in keeping with the style by the striking central locking mechanism emblazoned with the Porsche Crest. Just like its iconic inspiration. Identical to the rims on the 911 Speedster, the rotor is painted in black [silk gloss]. Alternatively, four other finishes are also available enabling future owners to customize their chronograph.

    The chronograph caliber with flyback function is the result of a three-year development process: start, stop and reset are combined in a single operation – with the stopwatch running, it is even easier to measure successive time intervals.
