Clean the surface of the leather hose incl. mouth piece in cold status with a soft lint-free cloth. If necessary use clear water for the inside and the surface and rub dry with a towel. When cleaning the innner part, a regular brush can be used. Avoid using aggressive cleaners, as these can damage the surface area.

No deliveries shall be made outside this zone.
Delivery costs: We offer free standard shipping for all orders to any destination within Europe. Our express shipping within Germany is €12; outside of Germany €25 per order, regardless of the size or weight of the package. Express shipping to Great Britain is not available.
Shipping time: We process your orders on the same day, delivery usually takes about 2-3 business days. The delivery time may vary for orders from outside Germany. In rare cases – during the Christmas season, for example – your order can take up to 7 business days to arrive. These delays are due to the high volume of packages handled by the carrier. We deliver as usual. Depending on the region, delivery times may be extended temporarily.
