Delivery zone: Services offered by the Porsche Design Online Shop (porsche-design.com/ch) shall be provided to customers whose delivery and invoice addresses lie within the territory of Switzerland. No deliveries shall be made outside this zone.

Delivery costs: We offer standard shipping for 11.99 CHF to any destination within Switzerland. Standard shipping is free of charge for orders over 100 CHF. Our express shipping costs 27 CHF per order, regardless of the size or weight of the package. We take care of customs clearance and customs duties for you.

Shipping time: We process your orders on the same day, delivery usually takes about 3-5 business days for standard shipping. For express shipping, you will receive your order within 1-2 business days due to customs declaration. Please note that deliveries are made only from Monday to Friday. In rare cases – during the Christmas season or Cyber Week, for example – your order may experience extended delays. However, these delays are due to the increased loads of the carriers. Despite the Corona crisis, we deliver as usual. Depending on the region, there may be temporarily extended delivery times. Despite current challenges, we continue to service our customers as best we can.
