You will need to enter your corresponding voucher code in the final step of the shopping cart, under "redeem voucher". The order overview updates itself and the corresponding discount is automatically deducted. Please check the exact conditions on the respective voucher. When ordering online, only one voucher code can be redeemed per order. Please note that vouchers cannot be redeemed for sale articles as well as Porsche Design Timepieces, Porsche eBikes, limited products and specific Porsche Originals articles. If your voucher does not work, please contact shop@porsche-design.de.
If you have chosen express shipping for your order and decide to return one or more items, we regret to inform you that we cannot refund the express shipping cost if your order was delivered within the specified 48-hour delivery time.
We are sure that you will enjoy and be satisfied with your Porsche Design product[s]. If you have a complaint, you can return your order within 30 days from receipt of the goods. In the case of a credit note, it may take a few days, depending on the credit institution, until the amount paid is credited to your payment method. An exchange is only possible for the exact same product. Please note that a replacement delivery is only possible in the case of a [material] defect. An exchange against another size or color variant is not possible. For this we kindly ask you to place a new order.
Just as for shipping, we will cover the costs and customs duty for the return shipment. Please note that returns are only free of charge if you use a returns label provided by us.
Returns are free of charge when using a return label provided by us within 30 days of receipt of the goods. Each outgoing order is accompanied by a returns slip which should be completed in case of a return. Please provide the relevant information, such as order number, reason for return and desired further procedure [credit note or exact replacement]. On the return note you will find the prepaid and addressed return label. Please attach this label to the package so that it is clearly visible.
If you do not have a return slip with a parcel label, please contact our customer service at shop@porsche-design.de. Please note that returns are only free of charge if you use a returns labels provided by us. We therefore ask you to avoid returning items independently.
If you don't like an item you ordered from our online shop, or it doesn't fit, or for any other reason, you have the option of returning your order free of charge within 30 days after having received the goods. Please note, however, that this only applies to unopened, intact and unused items.
You have 14 days to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal without providing a reason for the return. In order to meet the deadline, it is sufficient to ship the return in a timely manner. If you cannot find your return slip, please send an email with the order number and contact details to: shop@porsche-design.de. We will immediately send you a new return slip by email and you can return the package to us.
We very much regret that you're not satisfied with the item you purchased from us. Please provide as much information as possible so that we can quickly check your complaint. Please note that we are unable to process your complaint without complete information and documents (pictures, proof of purchase, warranty card, etc.).
