Due to increased shipping volumes and carrier delays, you may see a slight delay regarding the shipment of your order. We are working diligently to process your order as quicly as possible. We will email you a tracking number as soon as it is available. The trackign number will update as soon as the shipment begins to move.

Order Returns for Canada
Our standard return policy is 30 days from time of purchase for all orders. Items have to be in NEW and UNUSED condition with the original TAGS attached.
You can return unwanted items free of charge. * Large items are excluded from free returns shipment. Additional freight and restocking charges will apply for returns and will be deducted from the refund amount. Please contact our Customer Service at customerservice@porsche-design.com to request a return label to be emailed to you. Please provide your order number when emailing us.
We will send you a new return label per e-mail as soon as possible so that you can return your unwanted items to us.
* Large items including but not limited to E-Bikes, Soundbar Pro, Porsche Jump, Gaming Chair are not eligible for FREE Ground Shipping & FREE Returns or FREE Express Shipping. Additional Freight charges will apply for shipping and returns. Express shipping is not available for above mentioned Large items.

Technical style meets innovative technology: the Porsche Design RCT XETIC® Trainer RFLCT is a highlight in every respect. Dynamic at first glance: the modern colorblock design in a material mix of reflective gray mesh, black mesh and leather. Not immediately visible, but no less dynamic all the same: the midsole XETIC® technology – inspired by science and developed in collaboration with MIT. The novel combination of foam and a special structure enables a pioneering cushioning system designed specifically for peak performance when running. The soft cushioning and progressive look make the sneaker ideal for training and everyday life. In line with the Porsche Sustainability Strategy 2030, all textiles used in the shoes are recycled and the leather is chrome-free. Styling tip: Turn heads and create a simple casual look by combining this with Porsche Design evoKNIT® Midlayer, Essential Tee and Cargo Pants.

Delivery zone: Services offered by the Porsche Design Online Shop shall be provided to customers whose delivery and invoice addresses lie within the territory of the Federal Republic of Germany, Austria, Great Britain, France, Spain [except the Canary Islands], Italy, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Luxembourg, Sweden, Belgium, Bulgaria, Romania, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Croatia and Greece. No deliveries shall be made outside this zone.
Delivery costs: We offer free standard shipping for all orders to any destination within Europe. Our express shipping within Germany is €12; outside of Germany €25 per order, regardless of the size or weight of the package. Express shipping to Great Britain is not available.
Shipping time: We process your orders on the same day, delivery usually takes about 2-3 business days. The delivery time may vary for orders from outside Germany. In rare cases – during the Christmas season, for example – your order can take up to 7 business days to arrive. These delays are due to the high volume of packages handled by the carrier. We deliver as usual. Depending on the region, delivery times may be extended temporarily. Since all our orders are shipped from our distribution center in Germany, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time for orders to Great Britain.
