Ensuring the security of your personal data is our top priority. A secure connection is established with our order form to protect your data. All information you enter into the form, from your credit card number to your address, is converted into code upon sending. The data is encrypted during the entire transmission process. This prevents any unauthorized third parties from viewing or manipulating your personal data.

We use an SSL [Secure Socket Layer] protocol to guarantee the security of your data. The SSL encryption is activated if the URL starts with https:// or if a lock symbol appears in the bottom status bar [Internet Explorer, Mozilla].

All data you submit to us is encrypted and stored on a high-security server for the best possible protection. Your credit card data is deleted immediately once we've processed your order.

Paying for your order in the Porsche Design Onlineshop is convenient and easy - just use your credit card [MasterCard, VISA or American Express]. The security number makes this payment method especially safe. This three-digit number is printed in the signature area on the back of your card.

Please always make sure that you enter your e-mail address correctly when you place your order. Once we receive your order, we will automatically send you a confirmation e-mail containing all of the important information pertaining to your order. If you do not receive an automatic e-mail confirmation from us, this could be due to one of two reasons:

  • You entered your e-mail address incorrectly.
  • The server was overloaded when you placed the order and we never received it.

Problems may arise in completing your order if the server is overloaded. In this case, we ask you to please try placing the order at a later time. If your second attempt is unsuccessful, please call us at 1-909-551-7008 or send an e-mail to customerservice@porsche-design.com

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service center by phone at 1-909-551-7008 (Service time: Mo.-Fr., 7:30am-4pm (PST/PDT)) or send an e-mail to customerservice@porsche-design.com. If you would like to change your order, please cancel the first order and place a new order in our online shop.

Prices are subject to short-term changes, errors excepted. All prices are in CAN-Dollars (VAT excluded), the position shipping cost does include international shipping charges as well as customs and duties. The prices at the time the order is placed are valid.

All orders are shipping from Chino Hills, California, USA. International Shipping cost in the Canada Online Shop are calculated based on the value of the item and also include international customs and duty charges. International orders are shipping with FedEx International Economy.

We process your orders on the same day if placed before 10:30am (PST), delivery usually takes about 5-7 business days. In rare cases – during the Holiday Season, for example – your order can take up to 10 business days to arrive. These delays are due to the high volume of packages handled by the carrier.

When you visit the Porsche Design Online Shop, the first page you will see features a selection of the highlights of our product range.

From here, you can select individual product categories or an overview of all products in the Products menu in the upper left corner of the screen. Once you've chosen a product category, you can scroll through the products by simply moving the mouse pointer to the left or right. If you would like to find out more about a specific product, simply click on it to display a screen containing more detailed information.

If you want to purchase one or more products, please click on the Add To Cart button of the product detail page. Once you have finished shopping, confirm your purchase by clicking on the Check Out button. Follow the steps displayed on screen to complete your purchase.

Once you have chosen a product, simply click on Add To Cart to put the product in your shopping cart until you complete the purchase. You are under no obligation to purchase the product. In order to see an overview of the products in your cart, click the shopping cart button in the upper right corner of the screen.

Porsche Design offers a two year warranty in most categories for manufacturers defect. This two year warranty does not cover wear and tear, outside force or miss-use of product.

Yes. We guarantee your satisfaction with all merchandise purchased at the official Porsche Design Online Shop. Items may be returned for a refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling fees to our Porsche Design Logistics Services. Porsche Design items purchased from any other retailer must be returned to that retailer.

Porsche Design will accept merchandise in its original condition when accompanied by the original receipt. We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used or altered. The purchased item may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. 

Please follow the directions below when returning merchandise purchased from the Porsche Design Online Shop:

1. Include the original invoice of your order with your return
2. Indicate why you are returning the item(s) with the help of the return reasons on the return form
3. Securely repackage the item(s) with the original packaging
4. Use the included FedEx return label and apply it to the outside of the box. In the event you cannot locate the return label please email customerservice@porsche-design.com  and we will provide you a new one
5. Drop the package off at any FedEx drop off location

E-BIKES, GAMING CHAIR, SOUNDBAR PRO etc.
Additional shipping charges will apply for the return of any large items such as but not limited to E-BIKES, Gaming Chair, SounBar Pro 2.0, Wall Sculpture, Front Hood. A 10% restocking fee will also apply to any large item returns.

ELECTRONICS
Electronics delivered in damaged condition, dead upon arrival, or still in original packaging can be shipped back to the Porsche Design Warehouse with the supplied return label. A 10% restocking fee will apply to any open box electronics returns.

TIMEPIECES
1. All product packaging (boxes, manual, warranty cards, etc.) must be returned with the item
2. Any item(s) returned without original documentation are not eligible for return or exchange
3. Item(s) that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange

Shipping cost and customs duties are not refundable.

In the event that a return is needed please contact us at 1-909-551-7008 or email us at customerservice@porsche-design.com to obtain a return authorization which includes a prepaid return label and 3 copies of your commercial invoice.

Package the returned item[s] securely. Post the return label and all 3 copies of the commercial invoice to the outside of the package. Please drop your package off at your nearest Fedex Location.

Please take note of our return policy. Depending on the financial institution, it may take several days before the purchase amount is credited to your card account.

We will be happy to locate your order and if we are able to match your purchase to an order in our system we will be pleased to process your return. We do not accept returns for Porsche Design items purchased from other retailers. These items must be returned to the retailer where they were purchased.

If you should receive a damaged or defective item, please let us know! Email us with 7 business days at customerservice@porsche-design.com during business hours, Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4pm (PST).

Gift returns can be processed without a receipt only if we can locate the purchasing information in our database. Please email us at customerservice@porsche-design.com  during business hours, Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4pm (PST).

We will do our best to locate the original order and will need to know the name of the person who bought the gift for you. If the return is for a refund, the original purchasing credit card will be credited.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to process your return if we are unable to match your item with an order in our system.

Unfortunately at this time we are not able to offer exchanges for gifts. You are welcome to return your items with the return label that is enclosed in your order for a refund to the original form of payment and place a new order for the correct size/color.

Refunds will appear as a credit to the original purchasing credit card for the purchase amount shown on your receipt, less shipping and handling charges.

We will process the return and credit your account within 5-7 business days of receipt of your returned item. Depending on your credit card company's policies, it may take one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

1. Merchandise that has been worn, used or altered
2. Lighters are classified as hazardous materials and use flammable liquids or gases. Lighters can ONLY be returned in official Porsche Design retail stores
3. Personalized items
4. Perfumes with opened and or/tampered crystal wrapping
5. Porsche Design products purchased from third party sellers

Unfortunately at this time we are not able to offer exchanges. You are welcome to return your items with the return label that is enclosed in your order for a refund and place a new order for the correct size.

We accept all major credit cards such as MasterCard, VISA or American Express, and Discover. We offer 3D Secure payment which makes this payment method especially safe with the use of the security number. A 3D Secure payment requires the entry of the three-digit number which printed in the signature area on the back of your credit card.

In addition to credit cards you can also submit your payment via PayPal, GooglePay and ApplePay when using Apple devices.
