Both knives impress with their excellent cutting quality and outstanding ergonomics. The handle and blade of the knives merge seamlessly into one another, ensuring balanced and effortless handling. The distinctive stainless steel bead subtly marks the transition between the blade and handle, while also serving as an ideal resting place for your thumb and index finger. The ergonomically designed handle is deliberately based on the working methods of professional chefs who use their knives at variable cutting angles. Thanks to the special bevels on the handle, comfortable and flexible handling is possible without the need for a fixed grip.
