Shipping

We offer standard shipping for £12.99 to any destination within Great Britain. Standard shipping is free of charge for orders over £100. Our express shipping costs £23 per order, regardless of the size or weight of the package. We take care of customs clearance and customs duties for you.

Please note that due to an increased order volume, there may be slight delays in the delivery of your orders. 

Returns

For orders placed between 21 November and 31 December 2023, you have an extended right of return until 31 January 2024. For orders placed after 1 January 2024, our usual 30-day right of return applies again. Please ensure that the goods are unused and undamaged. It is also important that the goods and product labelling are still attached to the items or that the items are returned in their entirety. For a free return, please only use the enclosed return label with the pre-paid and addressed return label. If you need a new return label, please contact our customer service at shop@porsche-design.com.
