Online Order Delivery
Due to increased shipping volumes and carrier delays, you may see a slight delay regarding the shipment of your order. We are working to process your order as quickly as possible. We will email you a tracking number as soon as it is available. The tracking number will update as soon as the shipment begins to move.

Order Returns
You can return unwanted items to us free of charge with the peel off return label on the packing slip in your order. If you have misplaced your return label and are in need for a new one, please contact our Customer Service at porschedesignonline@tpservices.com with your order number and contact information. We will send you a new return label per e-mail as soon as possible so that you can return your unwanted items to us.
