IS MY ONLINE ORDER SECURE?
Ensuring the security of your personal data is our top priority. A secure connection is established with our order form to protect your data. All information you enter into the form, from your credit card number to your address, is converted into code upon sending. The data is encrypted during the entire transmission process. This prevents any unauthorized third parties from viewing or manipulating your personal data.
We use an SSL [Secure Socket Layer] protocol to guarantee the security of your data. The SSL encryption is activated if the URL starts with https:// or if a lock symbol appears in the bottom status bar [Internet Explorer, Mozilla].
All data you submit to us is encrypted and stored on a high-security server for the best possible protection. Your credit card data is deleted immediately once we've processed your order.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
Paying for your order in the Porsche Design Onlineshop is convenient and easy - just use your credit card [MasterCard, VISA or American Express] and PayPal. The security number makes this payment method especially safe. This three-digit number is printed in the signature area on the back of your card.
WILL I RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?
Please always make sure that you enter your e-mail address correctly when you place your order. Once we receive your order, we will automatically send you a confirmation e-mail containing all of the important information pertaining to your order. If you do not receive an automatic e-mail confirmation from us, this could be due to one of two reasons:
- You entered your e-mail address incorrectly.
- The server was overloaded when you placed the order and we never received it.

Problems may arise in completing your order if the server is overloaded. In this case, we ask you to please try placing the order at a later time. If your second attempt is unsuccessful, please call us at 1-800-521-5152 Option 1 or send an e-mail to email@example.com.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
It should be possible to cancel your order if it is done promptly. Please contact our service center by phone at 1-800-521-5152 Option 1 (Service time: Mo.-Fr., 7:30am-4pm (PST/PDT)) or send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you'd like to change your order, please cancel the first order and place a new one in the online shop. If you did create a customer profile you can also access your order history online and cancel your previous order before we start processing it.
WHAT PRICES ARE LISTED IN THE ONLINE SHOP?
Prices are subject to short-term changes, errors excepted. All prices are in USA-Dollars (VAT excluded). The prices at the time the order is placed are valid.
HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
We offer free ground shipping and free returns for all orders shipping to the lower 48 states plus Alaska, Hawaii and Purto Rico. All orders are shipping from Ontario, California, USA.
HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
We process your orders as quickly as possible, delivery usually takes about 10-12 business days. In rare cases – during the Christmas season, for example – your order can take longer to arrive. These delays are due to the high volume of packages handled by the carrier.

HOW DO I FIND WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR IN THE PORSCHE DESIGN STORE ONLINE SHOP?
When you visit the Porsche Design Onlineshop, the first page you will see features a selection of the highlights of our range.
From here, you can select individual product categories or an overview of all products in the Products menu in the upper left corner of the screen. Once you've chosen a product category, you can scroll through the products by simply moving the mouse pointer to the left or right. If you would like to find out more about a specific product, simply click on it to display a screen containing more detailed information.
If you want to purchase one or more products, please click on the Add to cart button in the upper right corner of the product detail page. Once you have finished shopping, confirm your purchase by clicking on the Checkout button, also in the lower right of the screen. Follow the steps displayed on screen to complete your purchase.
HOW DOES THE SHOPPING CART WORK?
Once you have chosen a product, simply click on Add to cart to put the product in your shopping cart until you place an actual order. You are under no obligation to purchase the product. HOW LONG IS THE WARRANTY FOR PORSCHE DESIGN ITEMS?
Porsche Design offers a two year warranty in most categories for manufacturers defect. This two yearwarranty does not cover wear and tear, outside force or miss-use of product.

What length is the Strap or Bracelet for Timepieces ?
The length of the Bracelet is 205mm.
The length of the Leather strap is 160-200mm.
The length of the Rubber strap is 160-210mm.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM I ORDERED?
Yes. We guarantee your satisfaction with all merchandise purchased at the official Porsche Design Online Shop. Items may be returned for a refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling fees to our Porsche Design Logistics Services. Porsche Design items purchased from any other retailer must be returned to that retailer.
Porsche Design will accept merchandise in its original condition when accompanied by the original receipt. We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used or altered. The purchased item may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. We offer an extended return
Please follow the directions below when returning merchandise purchased from the Porsche Design Online Shop:
1. Include the original invoice of your order with your return
2. Indicate why you are returning the item(s) with the help of the return reasons on the return form
3. Securely repackage the item(s) with the original packaging
4. Use the included FedEx return label and apply it to the outside of the box. In the event you cannot locate the return label please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you a new one
5. Drop the package off at any FedEx drop off location
CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN A PRODUCT I'VE ORDERED?
We are sure that you will enjoy and be satisfied with your Porsche Design product[s]. If you have a complaint, we will refund the purchase price immediately upon receiving the items.
Please take note of our return policy. Depending on the financial institution, it may take several days before the purchase amount is credited to your card account.
WHAT DO I NEED TO REMEMBER WHEN SENDING THE PRODUCTS BACK?
We send a return slip with every order. This needs to be completed and sent back with the returned item[s]. Please provide the relevant information, e.g. the invoice number, reason for return and desired transaction [credit or exchange]. The return slip also includes an addressed sticker with prepaid postage to use to return your goods.

CAN I RETURN MERCHANDISE WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT?
If you do not have a receipt, you may email us at email@example.com during business hours, Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4pm (PST).
We will be happy to locate your order and if we are able to match your purchase to an order in our system we will be pleased to process your return. We do not accept returns for Porsche Design items purchased from other retailers. These items must be returned to the retailer where they were purchased.
HOW DO I RETURN DEFECTIVE, INCOMPLETE, INCORRECT OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE?
If you should receive a damaged or defective item, please let us know! Email us with 7 business days at firstname.lastname@example.org during business hours, Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4pm (PST).
Electronics delivered in damaged condition, dead upon arrival, or still in original packaging can be shipped back to the Porsche Design Warehouse with the supplied return label.
1. All product packaging (boxes, manual, warranty cards, etc.) must be returned with the item
2. Any item(s) returned without original documentation are not eligible for return or exchange
3. Item(s) that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange
HOW DO I RETURN A GIFT?
Gift returns can be processed without a receipt only if we can locate the purchasing information in our database. Please email us at email@example.com during business hours, Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4pm (PST).
We will do our best to locate the original order and will need to know the name of the person who bought the gift for you. If the return is for a refund, the original purchasing credit card will be credited.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to process your return if we are unable to match your item with an order in our system.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE CREDIT FOR MY RETURN?
Refunds will appear as a credit to the original purchasing credit card for the purchase amount shown on your receipt, less shipping and handling charges.
We will process the return and credit your account within 5-7 business days of receipt of your returned item. Depending on your credit card company's policies, it may take one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
