Our Online Shop is moving to a new location. On October 15, 2024, the Porsche Design Online Shop and the Porsche Online Shop will merge. Look forward to a new Porsche online shopping experience: more inspiration and product variety, all in one place at the PORSCHE SHOP.

What Changes for You?
Please note that your personal customer data will not be transferred to the Porsche Shop. Your current customer data and shopping history will no longer be accessible as of October 15, 2024.

What You Need to Do:
Please register and create your personal Porsche ID, which consists of your name, email address and a password. Please click the link below:

The Porsche ID offers many benefits:

• you can shop in the Porsche Shop,
• use various Porsche services,
• register for local Porsche events,
• and much more.

The Porsche ID will also be required to redeem Porsche Design vouchers.

If you already have a Porsche ID, you don’t need to do anything further. You can also shop as a guest in the Porsche Shop without a Porsche ID.

Online Order Delivery
Due to increased shipping volumes and carrier delays, you may see a slight delay regarding the shipment of your order. We are working diligently to process your order as quickly as possible. We will email you a tracking number as soon as it is available. The tracking number will update as soon as the shipment begins to move.

For assistance, please email us at customerservice@porsche-design.com. Due to high order volume during the Holiday Season, longer than normal response time to your request is possible.

Order Returns
Our standard return policy is 30 days from time of purchase for all orders. Items have to be in NEW and UNUSED condition with the original TAGS attached.

You can return unwanted items free of charge with the peel off return label on the packing slip in your order. * Large items are excluded from free returns shipment. Additional freight and restocking charges will apply for returns and will be deducted from the refund amount.

If you have misplaced your return label and are in need for a new one, please contact our Customer Service at customerservice@porsche-design.com with your order number and contact information. We will send you a new return label per e-mail as soon as possible so that you can return your unwanted items to us.

* Large items including but not limited to E-Bikes, Soundbar Pro, Porsche Jump, Gaming Chair are not eligible for FREE Ground Shipping & FREE Returns or FREE Express Shipping. Additional Freight charges will apply for shipping and returns. Express shipping is not available for above mentioned Large items.
