    The Porsche Design P'8478 aviator glasses were designed in 1978 and fall under the EXCLUSIVE GLASSES brand.

    They represent one of the most recognized style of sunglasses of all time and are a symbol of exceptional design and prestige.

    P'8479 sunglasses clearly express the characteristic values of Porsche Design – functional, timeless and purist design that is second to none. The glasses attracted a lot of attention when global stars started to wear them and became a real object of desire.

    P'8486 sunglasses came onto the market in 1986 as folding aviator glasses with their iconic shield look. They remain one of Porsche Design's most successful classics.

    The Porsche Design P'8801 is an exceptional and exclusive pair of reading glasses. Their frames are ergonomically designed and made of high-tech RXP plastic and stainless steel. The combination of these unique components gives them maximum stability and lightness.

    Porsche Design sets new standards in form and function with its progressive, emotional design and innovative manufacturing processes – and in so doing has revealed the future of sunglasses. With the HAIRBAND, Porsche Design has once again underlined its design strategy. At the heart of this design is a folding mechanism that transforms the hairband into sunglasses in a fraction of a second.

    The front of the P ́8591 SIDEWALL captures attention with a wraparound titanium band, flat surface and green lenses that stand out elegantly against the gold-tone frame. The highlight of this model are the side lenses, which represent both a design and a functional element: they provide extra protection from wind and lateral sunlight – making the Sidewall perfect for use on ski slopes.

    The seamless and pure look of the P ́8604 ONE PIECE comes from its exclusive manufacturing process, where it is cut from a single block of aluminum. This clear design, underlined by the shield look, not only gives the P ́8604 ONE PIECE an exceptionally pure look, but also a very sporty image.

    Almost 40 years to the day after Porsche Design introduced its legendary P'8478 exclusive glasses, it released its reinterpretation in 2016 – the P'8678. This model is similarly made of titanium and equipped with the revolutionary interchangeable lens mechanism.

    A design classic reinterpreted. A high-quality titanium frame flows delicately around the specially manufactured lenses making them appear to float. As a result, the once traditional, voluminous acetate front appears light and dynamic.

    The P'8663 LASER CUT with its 100% titanium frame stands out thanks to cut outs in the lateral areas of the middle section. This innovative processing technique gives the lens the appearance of floating in the surrounding titanium band. Limited to 911 pairs.

    The P'8664 GLUED VISOR is produced using an innovative bonding technique from the automotive industry – known as the "formed-in-place technique" – in which adhesive is applied to the titanium frame with the utmost precision by a robot. This marked the first time this method had been used. Even before the market launch, these limited edition sunglasses, with just 911 pairs made, were honored with the 2019 German Design Award in the "Excellent Product Design" category.

    An icon reborn: with its square lenses, the P'8928 Squared Aviator creates an even more masculine and distinctive look than the legendary P'8478, the first sunglasses with the interchangeable lens mechanism and an unmistakable classic for over 40 years.
