Standard Shipping: Delivery within 10-12 business days, free ground shipping, free returns.
Express Shipping: Delivery within 3-5 business days, $30 Shipping Fee.
 
* Large items including but not limited to E-Bikes, Soundbar Pro, Porsche Jump, Gaming Chair are not eligible for FREE Ground Shipping & FREE Retuns. Additional Freight charges will apply for shipping and returns. Express shipping is not avaialble for above mentioned Large items.

Order Returns
You can return unwanted items free of charge with the peel off return label on the packing slip in your order. * Large items are excluded from free returns shipment. Additional Freight charges will apply for returns and will be deducted from the refund amount.

If you have misplaced your return label and are in need for a new one, please contact our Customer Service at customerservice@porsche-design.com with your order number and contact information. We will send you a new return label per e-mail as soon as possible so that you can return your unwanted items to us.
