With an integrated RFID chip, it enables fast, contactless charging at the charging station of all Porsche Taycan models. All that is additionally required is a valid charging contract with the Porsche Charging Service and the My Porsche app. The key ring can be easily activated here by the smartphone recognising it via NFC or by entering its serial number. Filling up with energy has never been so easy: to start the charging process, simply hold the crest in front of the charging station's reader. Alternatively, the charging process can always be started via the My Porsche app. Secure charging – secure data: customer information is not on the tag, only on My Porsche. To prevent unauthorised reading of the chip, the key ring should not be given to third parties.
