Shipping
Standard shipping with DHL within Great Britain is free of charge. Our express shipping costs £23 per order, regardless of the size or weight of the package. We take care of customs clearance and customs duties for you.
The delivery time for standard shipping can take 5-7 working days. With express delivery, you will receive your order within 1-2 working days due to the customs declaration. Saturday delivery is not possible.
Please note that there may be slight delays in the delivery of your orders due to an increased order volume.
Returns
For orders placed between 21 November and 31 December 2023, you have an extended right of return until 31 January 2024. For orders placed after 1 January 2024, our usual 30-day right of return applies again.
Please ensure that the goods are unused and undamaged. It is also important that the goods and product labelling are still attached to the items or that the items are returned in their entirety. For a return free of charge, please only use the enclosed return slip with the pre-paid and addressed return label. If you need a new return label, please contact our customer service at shop@porsche-design.com.

Now available for the first time with protective blue light filter: The P´8815 is a Porsche Design reading tool that also sets standards in terms of well-being. The lenses contain a special blue light filter that reduces eye exposure to blue light and thus relieves the eyes, especially when working on computer screens for a long time. The lenses almost seem to float in the thin frame made of brushed stainless steel – in marked contrast to the wide, ergonomic temples made of high-tech polyamide with milled Porsche Design logo. When the reading tool is not in use, its innovative temple construction means it can fold extremely flat. Timeless design meets state-of-the-art technology.

No deliveries shall be made outside this zone.
Delivery costs: We offer free standard shipping for all orders to any destination within Europe. Our express shipping within Germany is €12; outside of Germany €25 per order, regardless of the size or weight of the package. Express shipping to Great Britain is not available.
Shipping time: We process your orders on the same day, delivery usually takes about 2-3 business days. The delivery time may vary for orders from outside Germany. In rare cases – during the Christmas season, for example – your order can take up to 7 business days to arrive. These delays are due to the high volume of packages handled by the carrier. We deliver as usual. Depending on the region, delivery times may be extended temporarily. Since all our orders are shipped from our distribution center in Germany, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time for orders to Great Britain.
