Due to increased shipping volumes and carrier delays, you may see a slight delay regarding the shipment of your order. We are working diligently to process your order as quickly as possible. We will email you a tracking number as soon as it is available. The tracking number will update as soon as the shipment begins to move.
For assistance, please email us at customerservice@porsche-design.com. Due to high order volume during the Holiday Season, longer than normal response time to your request is possible.
Order Returns
Our standard return policy is 30 days from time of purchase for all orders. Items have to be in NEW and UNUSED condition with the original TAGS attached.
You can return unwanted items free of charge with the peel off return label on the packing slip in your order. * Large items are excluded from free returns shipment. Additional freight and restocking charges will apply for returns and will be deducted from the refund amount.
If you have misplaced your return label and are in need for a new one, please contact our Customer Service at customerservice@porsche-design.com with your order number and contact information. We will send you a new return label per e-mail as soon as possible so that you can return your unwanted items to us.
* Large items including but not limited to E-Bikes, Soundbar Pro, Porsche Jump, Gaming Chair are not eligible for FREE Ground Shipping & FREE Returns or FREE Express Shipping. Additional Freight charges will apply for shipping and returns. Express shipping is not available for above mentioned Large items.

A polo shirt can hardly be more Porsche Design. The exclusive Porsche Design PD Icon Checkered Polo combines sustainable material, exclusive design, and technical heritage in a unique way. The woven checkered design of the polo shirt is inspired by the legendary checkered flag from motorsport and us a signature Porsche pattern. The exceptional character of the shirt is only revealed up close: PD Icons in a contrasting color knit into half of the boxes bring a new and exclusive dynamism to the classic pattern. Collar and cuffs in a tonal knit frame and emphasize the eye-catching jacquard knit made from Ökotex-certified cotton. A concealed button placket with technical snap fasteners inspired by Porsche floor mats add a finishing touch to the exclusive style.

Delivery zone: Services offered by the Porsche Design Online Shop shall be provided to customers whose delivery and invoice addresses lie within the territory of the Federal Republic of Germany, Austria, Great Britain, France, Spain [except the Canary Islands], Italy, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Luxembourg, Sweden, Belgium, Bulgaria, Romania, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Croatia and Greece. No deliveries shall be made outside this zone.
Delivery costs: We offer free standard shipping for all orders to any destination within Europe. Our express shipping within Germany is €12; outside of Germany €25 per order, regardless of the size or weight of the package. Express shipping to Great Britain is not available.
Shipping time: We process your orders on the same day, delivery usually takes about 2-3 business days. The delivery time may vary for orders from outside Germany. In rare cases – during the Christmas season, for example – your order can take up to 7 business days to arrive. These delays are due to the high volume of packages handled by the carrier. We deliver as usual. Depending on the region, delivery times may be extended temporarily. Since all our orders are shipped from our distribution center in Germany, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time for orders to Great Britain.
