1. Organiser and timing of the competition 

The competition is organised by Porsche Lifestyle GmbH & Co. KG, Groenerstrasse 5, 71636 Ludwigsburg, Germany (hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser"). The competition will take place from 23 November 2022 to 1 December 2022.

The competition is not connected to Instagram or Facebook and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or organised by Instagram or Facebook. The Organiser is the sole contact person and carries the sole responsibility for the competition.

The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition due to unforeseen circumstances (in particular technical or legal problems) without prior notice.


2. Acceptance of the conditions of participation

By entering the competition, participants agree to the conditions of participation.


3. Eligibility

Persons over the age of 18 who are resident in Germany are eligible to participate. Multiple entries are not permitted. Participation in the competition is not permitted for employees of Porsche Lifestyle GmbH & Co. KG, Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG and its subsidiaries, nor for their family members or any employees of business partners that are or were involved in the preparation or processing of the competition or their family members.

4. Requirements for participation

Participation in the competition is only possible from 23 November 2022 to 1 December 2022 exclusively via the Porsche Design website (https://www.porsche-design.com/de/en/sonra-x-porsche-design/), subject to acceptance and compliance with these conditions of participation.

Participation in the competition is free of charge. However, Internet access and an email account are required to participate; any associated costs are to be borne by the participant.

The closing date for entries is 1 December 2022 at 11.59 p.m.

Participation 

To take part, entrants must fill out the participation form. If the participation is not possible for technical reasons, the Organiser is not liable for this.

The Organiser reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition if they violate the conditions of participation, in particular by entering the competition multiple times or by providing false information, using illegal aids or otherwise gaining an advantage through manipulation or attempting to do so.

5. Identification and notification of the winners

Within one week of the closing date for entries, the winner will be randomly selected from all participants via online draw tool and will be notified by the Organiser by email.

The winner must accept the prize within 24 hours of being notified by email, stating their full name (first name and surname) and address. Each participant is responsible for the correctness of the information provided. If the winner fails to accept the prize within the specific timeframe, the right to claim the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner will be drawn.

6. Prize

The prize is a White pair of Sonra x Porsche Design Future Sneakers. This is a one-off pair of trainers that has been manufactured using a 3D printer. One pair of size 42 trainers will be raffled. It will not be possible to receive a pair of trainers in a specific size or to have such a pair of trainers manufactured. No cash or in-kind alternative to the prize will be offered and the prize cannot be exchanged or transferred to another person.

The prize will be sent to the address provided by the participant.

7. Right to appeal and applicable law 

There will be no right to appeal. The competition and the conditions of participation are subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

8. Limitation of liability

The liability of the Organiser for damage is subject, without prejudice to other legal requirements for claims, to the following limitations of liability. The Organiser is liable without limitation insofar as the cause of the damage is due to intent or gross negligence. Furthermore, the Organiser is liable for minor negligence in fulfilling essential contractual obligations, namely the fulfilment of those obligations that enable the proper execution of the competition in the first place and in which the participants generally trust and may trust to be fulfilled. However, in this case the Organiser is liable only for foreseeable loss typically associated with the contract. The Organiser is not liable for simple negligence in fulfilling any obligations other than those obligations mentioned in the above clauses. The above limitations of liability do not apply in the event of death, physical injury or illness, for liability due to a deficiency after the assumption of procurement guarantees or a procurement risk, or due to fraudulently concealed defects. Liability in accordance with the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz) or other mandatory statutory liability regulations remains unaffected. Insofar as the liability of the Organiser is limited, this also applies to the personal liability of agencies, employees, representatives and vicarious agents of the Organiser.

9. Data privacy information

The data provided by participants when entering the competition will be processed by the Organiser exclusively for the purpose of carrying out this competition.
