Shipping

Standard shipping with DHL within Great Britain is free of charge. Our express shipping costs £23 per order, regardless of the size or weight of the package. We take care of customs clearance and customs duties for you.

The delivery time for standard shipping can take 5-7 working days. With express delivery, you will receive your order within 1-2 working days due to the customs declaration. Saturday delivery is not possible.

Please note that there may be slight delays in the delivery of your orders due to an increased order volume.

Returns

For orders placed between 21 November and 31 December 2023, you have an extended right of return until 31 January 2024. For orders placed after 1 January 2024, our usual 30-day right of return applies again.

Please ensure that the goods are unused and undamaged. It is also important that the goods and product labelling are still attached to the items or that the items are returned in their entirety. For a return free of charge, please only use the enclosed return slip with the pre-paid and addressed return label. If you need a new return label, please contact our customer service at shop@porsche-design.com.
