Shipping

Standard shipping with DHL within Europe is free of charge. The cost per order for DHL express shipping is 12€ within Germany and 25€ outside Germany. The delivery time can take 2-3 working days. For orders with shipping to foreign countries, the delivery time may vary.

Return

You can return your order within 30 days of receipt of the goods. For a free return, please use only the enclosed return slip with the prepaid and addressed return label. If you need a new return label, please contact our customer service at shop@porsche-design.com.

Vouchers & Discounts

Enter your voucher code in the last step of the checkout under "voucher code". Please check the exact conditions on the respective voucher. When ordering online, only one voucher code can be redeemed per order.

Reduced products as well as Porsche Design Timepieces, Porsche eBikes and limited products are excluded from any discounts.
