Shipping
Standard shipping with DHL within Europe is free of charge. The cost per order for DHL Express shipping is €12 within Germany and €25 outside Germany.
The delivery time for standard shipping can take 2-3 working days. The delivery time may vary for orders shipped abroad. For express delivery, the order will be delivered within 48 hours on working days. Saturday delivery is not possible.
Returns
You can return your order within 30 days of receipt of the goods. Please ensure that the goods are unused and undamaged. It is also important that the goods and product labelling are still attached to the items or that the items are returned in their entirety. For a free return, please only use the enclosed return label with the pre-paid and addressed return label. If you need a new return label, please contact our customer service at shop@porsche-design.com.
Vouchers & Discounts

The slides are made of high-quality, soft PU material, in a sporty design with a prominent PD icon, impressive comfort and a unique design feature: the PD icon embossed into the sole leaves an impression of the logo when you walk in the sand or in wet areas. Delivery zone: Services offered by the Porsche Design Online Shop shall be provided to customers whose delivery and invoice addresses lie within the territory of the Federal Republic of Germany, Austria, Great Britain, France, Spain [except the Canary Islands], Italy, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Luxembourg, Sweden, Belgium, Bulgaria, Romania, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Croatia and Greece. No deliveries shall be made outside this zone.
Delivery costs: We offer free standard shipping for all orders to any destination within Europe. Our express shipping within Germany is €12; outside of Germany €25 per order, regardless of the size or weight of the package. Express shipping to Great Britain is not available.
Shipping time: We process your orders on the same day, delivery usually takes about 2-3 business days. The delivery time may vary for orders from outside Germany. In rare cases – during the Christmas season, for example – your order can take up to 7 business days to arrive. These delays are due to the high volume of packages handled by the carrier. We deliver as usual. Depending on the region, delivery times may be extended temporarily. Since all our orders are shipped from our distribution center in Germany, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time for orders to Great Britain.
