Shipping
Standard shipping with DHL within Europe is free of charge. The cost per order for DHL Express shipping is €12 within Germany and €25 outside Germany.
The delivery time for standard shipping can take 2-3 working days. The delivery time may vary for orders shipped abroad. For express delivery, the order will be delivered within 48 hours on working days. Saturday delivery is not possible.
Returns
You can return your order within 30 days of receipt of the goods. Please ensure that the goods are unused and undamaged. It is also important that the goods and product labelling are still attached to the items or that the items are returned in their entirety. For a free return, please only use the enclosed return label with the pre-paid and addressed return label. If you need a new return label, please contact our customer service at shop@porsche-design.com.
Vouchers & Discounts

These boots can be worn 24 hours a day: the Porsche Design Traveller High Top. The look: sporty, progressive and exclusive at the same time. The drawn-up sole in the toe and heel area forms a sort of cap which not only characterizes the unusual, dynamic design of the men's shoe, but also protects the textured leather underneath. Form and function combined: quintessential Porsche Design. However, the highlight of these high-top boots is their versatility. Fold down the soft tops for a new casual look. The soft mesh tongue with intelligent design leather strap then becomes a more pronounced statement. Quality crafted details such as the embossed Porsche Design lettering, the mesh insert in the heel and the multi-layered comfortable sole round off the exclusive style.

Upper material: 90% calf leather, 10% polyester, lining: 80% polyester, 20% calf leather, Outsole: rubber
Impregnate the shoes with Water Protect before first wearing. Clean the shoes with a suitable combination care foam. Then apply silicone-free shoe polish with a soft, lint-free cloth only on leather parts. After the shoe polish has dried, carefully polish. It is best to put on shoes on cedar wood tensioners immediately after use. This keeps the shoe in shape and has a long service life. Please make sure that the shoe trees are the right size to not stretch the material.

Delivery zone: Services offered by the Porsche Design Online Shop shall be provided to customers whose delivery and invoice addresses lie within the territory of the Federal Republic of Germany, Austria, Great Britain, France, Spain [except the Canary Islands], Italy, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Luxembourg, Sweden, Belgium, Bulgaria, Romania, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Croatia and Greece. No deliveries shall be made outside this zone.
Delivery costs: We offer free standard shipping for all orders to any destination within Europe. Our express shipping within Germany is €12; outside of Germany €25 per order, regardless of the size or weight of the package. Express shipping to Great Britain is not available.
Shipping time: We process your orders on the same day, delivery usually takes about 2-3 business days. The delivery time may vary for orders from outside Germany. In rare cases – during the Christmas season, for example – your order can take up to 7 business days to arrive. These delays are due to the high volume of packages handled by the carrier. We deliver as usual. Depending on the region, delivery times may be extended temporarily. Since all our orders are shipped from our distribution center in Germany, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time for orders to Great Britain.
