06 THE IDEA

Classic cars racing through Austria’s most stunning Alpine scenery? It can only be the Ennstal-Classic. For fans of motorsports, it’s been an event highlight celebrating the joy of motoring in inimitable fashion for 30 years now.
And for much of that time, Porsche Design has been the official timing partner of the event – a classic in the European motorsports calendar. Porsche Design is honoring the event with a limited-edition version of a classic from the world of timepieces: the Chronograph 1 – Ennstal-Classic 2023 Edition.

07 THE DESIGN

08 THE CHOICE OF BAND

As an exclusive highlight, the owner can choose themselves which band they want to wear on their wrist. As well as the classic black titanium bracelet, the Ennstal-Classic 2023 Edition also comes with an additional sporty soft strap in perforated black leather and Race-Tex Dinamica backing in Indian Red – inspired by the Ennstal-Classic logo. The band comes in sizes M and L, and can be easily changed using the quick-change mechanism.

09 SWISS MADE

The Porsche Design caliber 01.140 guarantees maximum precision, and features COSC certification, innovative quick-set mechanism for the date display, and bilingual day display – developed in Porsche’s watchmaking workshop in the Swiss town of Solothurn. The case is dynamically waterproof at 10 bar and has a diameter of 40.8 mm.
