Shipping
Standard shipping with DHL within Switzerland is free of charge. Our express shipping costs CHF 27 per order, regardless of the size or weight of the package. We take care of customs clearance and customs duties for you.
We process your orders on a daily basis; dispatch and delivery can take 3-5 working days for standard shipping. With express shipping, you will receive your order within 1-2 working days due to the customs declaration.
Please note that due to an increased order volume, there may be slight delays in the delivery of your orders.
Returns
For orders placed between 21 November and 31 December 2023, you have an extended right of return until 31 January 2024. For orders placed after 1 January 2024, our usual 30-day right of return applies again.
Please ensure that the goods are unused and undamaged. It is also important that the goods and product labelling are still attached to the items or that the items are returned in their entirety. For a free return, please only use the enclosed return label with the pre-paid and addressed return label. If you need a new return label, please contact our customer service at shop@porsche-design.com.

The limited 50Y Porsche Design Capsule Collection is an homage to this unmistakable design DNA. Take, for instance, the Porsche Design Racer 50Y Sneaker High Top. The designer sneaker in a driver shoe style is unmistakably inspired by motorsports. The slim silhouette, non-slip sole with raised heel for maximum grip, the oblique angled shaft for freedom of movement on the gas pedal, the Velcro closure for stable fit: every detail recalls the race tracks of this world. The mix of materials combining technical-style mesh with titanium effect and black nappa leather enhances the dynamic look. A rubberized 50Y badge on the leather strap provides the final, exclusive accent. A shoe couldn't be more like a sports car.

Delivery zone: Services offered by the Porsche Design Online Shop shall be provided to customers whose delivery and invoice addresses lie within the territory of the Federal Republic of Germany, Austria, Great Britain, France, Spain [except the Canary Islands], Italy, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Luxembourg, Sweden, Belgium, Bulgaria, Romania, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Croatia and Greece. No deliveries shall be made outside this zone.
Delivery costs: We offer free standard shipping for all orders to any destination within Europe. Our express shipping within Germany is €12; outside of Germany €25 per order, regardless of the size or weight of the package. Express shipping to Great Britain is not available.
Shipping time: We process your orders on the same day, delivery usually takes about 2-3 business days. The delivery time may vary for orders from outside Germany. In rare cases – during the Christmas season, for example – your order can take up to 7 business days to arrive. These delays are due to the high volume of packages handled by the carrier. We deliver as usual. Depending on the region, delivery times may be extended temporarily. Since all our orders are shipped from our distribution center in Germany, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time for orders to Great Britain.
